Eh Eh?????????

Lama aku tak hapdate..sejak balik dr Jakarta and bring back the disaster "food poisoning", my immunity of my body become slower..i will get slight fever in the evening,cold and warm on and off..Nyaris aku tak kene tahan kat KLIA kerana disyaki pembawa virus H1N1.Ayahanda aku sentiasa risaukan keselamatan anak2 dara yg pegi berjalan ala2 tak hengat dunia nih..Alhamdulillah, semuanya selamat..cuma me and akak ajer yg antibodi kurang kuat dan terkene food poisoning..Di ulangi..Terrrrrrrrkene..tidak disengajakan..

hanya mereka yg mengerti sahaja tahu..

i tak tahan dengan limpahan sos strawberry,chocolate chips and cornetto cone chips dia..

i learn how to "sluurrrp" it from my dad.. "Kacau dulu sebelum minum"-itula nasihat dia masa kecik2 dulu





Len Chee Kang

Good to decrease your body heat.but, i akan jumpa mcm2 style len chee kang..ada yg letak colourful jelly,lychee,lengkong,nata de coco,peanut and mcm2 lagik la..according to my dad, it supposed to have "telur puyuh" in a bowl of len chee kang..
errrkk..ye ke?

we have a family dinner on last 2 month at PD and we ordered Thai style dinner.
But they cut the pineapple into a big slice-susah nak mkn lerr..







Puding Kastard Cocktail

hehehe..yg ni i buat sendirik-request from my boss masa b'day party officemate kitorang.


Puding Kastard Cocktail

Bahan-bahan:-

1/2 paket agar2
2 biju telur
4 cawan air
1/2 tin susu cair
3/4 cawan gula
3 sudu tepung kastard
Fruit cocktail dlm tin

Cara2:_

1. Rebus/masak agar2 dgn gula hingga larut
2. Di mangkuk yg lain, telur dipukul dan dicampurkan tepung kastard-gaul sebati
3. Setelah agar2 larut ,masukkan susu cair dan biar mendidih.Baru masukkan campuran telur dan kastard.Kacau segera utk elakkan berketul.Tutup api apabila campuran menjadi likat dan pekat.
4. Utk yg suka letak dlm bekas2 comel,fruit cocktail boleh disusun dlm bekas dan dituang campuran kastard ke dlmnya..Bg yg nak campur sekali,boleh tuangkan fruit cocktail dlm campuran kastard (asingkan airnya) dan barulah dituang dlm loyang atau acuan.

P/s : Syrup cocktail agak masam.Bg yg suka masam manis,bolehla campur sedikit didlm adunan.
Me just sira sikit je atas puding sms dihidangkan..

Biasalah..kalau takde mende nak buat tu, otak mula mereka, tgn mula bekerja and dapur,oven and toaster pun akan berasap...
